An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Marketing Executive to join our NSW Retail Marketing Team. As part of the team that works across The Streets of Barangaroo and Darling Square, this role will see you supporting marketing planning and strategy and driving delivery of marketing programs and tactics for the Darling Square precinct.

Located in Haymarket, just 10 minutes from Town Hall and Central Stations, Darling Square is home to the 70 diverse retailers across food & beverage and fashion & lifestyle services. Standing in prime position is The Exchange building by Kengo Kuma, that has been heralded by TIME Magazine in the 2021 list of ‘World’s Greatest Places.’

In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for developing campaign briefs, managing the delivery of precinct campaigns from inception to implementation, event management, management of all marketing channels (eDM, social and website), ongoing retailer engagement and budget management. The role will see you reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including the Darling Square Retail Team, Marketing Services, agency partners, council and government.

As a self-motivated, proactive and multitasking marketer, you will take ownership of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to implementation and post campaign analysis. You will have a demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and social media, preferably in retail and/or food and beverage. You will have proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications supported by at least 3 years proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within Property, Retail or Food and Beverage.
