Marketing Manager - Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese

**Your new company**
Originated from mortgage business, expanding into one stop service provider. The company has more than 20 branches in Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne and all other major cities and 3 support offices in China and Philippines. Their services ranging from Immigration and education, legal service, education, property development, property sales and marketing, property leasing, commercial, residential and car loans, funds management and currency exchange.

**Your new role**
- Establish and develop a comprehensive, sales-result-driven marketing strategies
- Own all aspects of marketing including execution of marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking etc.
- Assist managing director to achieve the goal of business branding and expending from the marketing perspectives
- Justify additional investment and resource allocation through detailed analysis and forecasting, effective management of program marketing budget(s) with accountability for maximising the return on marketing investment.
- Partner closely with Sales to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Work collaboratively across all business units and departments to drive and deliver on growth objectives
- Lead and manage marketing team and further develop team capacity and competency
- Effective stakeholder relationship management

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in B2B & B2C, CRM, retention marketing or similar disciplines
- Strong project and campaign management skills
- Possess both management and hands-on skills
- Experience working in diverse structures and a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Australian PR or citizen
