**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage integrated digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Design and manage website content to ensure optimal user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest marketing technologies and strategies.
- Organize and execute brand-focused events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

**About You**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, with a strong focus on promoting overseas property purchases, investments, or related industries.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and marketing innovations.
- An understanding of global property investment markets and the ability to target diverse audiences effectively.
