What's the role on offer?
Based onsite at Head Office near Brisbane Airport, this newly created position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will focus on employee engagement, culture and communication, while also providing support across day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the design and delivery of employee engagement strategy, including engagement surveys, action plans and recognition programs.
- Develop and implement leadership capability frameworks and partner with key stakeholders to maximise professional development opportunities.
- Champion employee communication initiatives, including identifying ways to strengthen engagement.
- Contribution to HR reporting and insights, particularly around engagement, retention and workforce trends.
- Support annual remuneration review processes and provide advisory support to the Employee Relations team during peak periods.
Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years generalist HR experience with a strong interest in employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing. You will bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to design and deliver engagement initiatives in a fast-paced organisation.
Your knowledge and skills will include:
- Exposure in planning and delivering engagement initiatives and organisational culture projects
- Highly organised, growth mindset and strong interest in creating compelling people experiences.
- Strong project management and organisational capability.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen — with the ability to connect people solutions to business outcomes.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
