**About the ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and innovative People & Culture Administrator to join Unita Group
Based in our Fortitude Valley Office, close to public transport, and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with a focus on leading and developing a people-focused team.
**What YOU will be doing**
- Assisting to ensure that appropriate policies & procedures are up to date & in line with current legislation.
- Assist with all cyclical people & culture events - such as probationary reviews, performance reviews, employee engagements surveys & salary reviews.
- Assist in providing advice & support across all areas to Unita Group managers & employees to achieve their strategic plans.
- Administering People & Culture communications as required.
- Facilitate the review & updating of People & Culture documentation when required.
- Maintenance of People & Culture records - including employee files, HRIS and LMS systems.
- Provide support to the Recruitment Officer with the recruitment process when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of People & Culture as required.
**What YOU will bring to the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a HR Administration role.
- Demonstrated experience with a HRIS is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience within the construction industry is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role.
- Proactive and energetic personality with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on meeting timeframes and accuracy due to conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills; listening, written and verbal.
