Hey everyone,

We’re excited to announce the reopening of the iconic **Metropolitan Hotel** and are on the lookout for an **Events Coordinator** to join us on this journey. This is a pivotal role for the right person, with genuine opportunities for career progression as our group has ambitious plans for expansion in the years ahead.

**About the Role**
As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind all things events. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary contact for all external event inquiries and bookings.
- Managing and coordinating private functions and corporate events with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the venue as a premier events space.
- Building relationships with local businesses, offices, and community groups to secure new bookings.
- Assisting in the planning, promotion, and delivery of upcoming large-scale events, including the launch of our second-floor nightclub (capacity ~165), opening just two months after we reopen. This will feature DJs, themed nights, and a dynamic calendar of entertainment.

You’ll need to be highly organized, proactive, and excited by the idea of playing a central role in the growth of both the venue and your own career.
