Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Event Manager based in Melbourne. The Senior Event Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of events, ensuring every project aligns with client objectives and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event plans, managing logistics, overseeing budgets and collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams. The role also involves troubleshooting on-site, negotiating with vendors and ensuring compliance with all event-related regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Event Planning, Budget Management and Logistics Coordination.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Vendor Negotiation.
  • Experience in Client Relations and Stakeholder Communication.
  • Knowledge of Event Technology Solutions and On-site Troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
