To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Vendor Service Owner to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the ICT Service Manager**, you will optimise value by providing product and service purchasing guidance for the entire ICT department, including input into scope of work definitions for new contracts.

**In addition, you will**:

- Have a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours and create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Enhance ICT vendor contract performance by managing all contacts through their lifecycle, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and met.
- Provide contractual continuity for the ICT department by reviewing existing contracts and obtaining approval on strategies for renewal or replacement at least six months prior to expiration.
- Maintain contractual compliance by working collaboratively with CPL and providing guidance to the ICT team.
- Make recommendations for cost savings and/or contractual optimisation by monitoring and analysing trends across a broad view of all ICT contracts.

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Knowledge of ICT vendor management and ICT governance.
- Direct work experience with software licensing, hardware procurement, and offshore agreements in a purchasing or procurement capacity.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing regulations and laws.
- Solid working knowledge of current ICT technologies, including Cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL.
- Strong familiarity and technical competence with SLA management.
