With a proudly built reputation as a global transport services leader, Torrens Transit are actively seeking a People & Culture Manager to drive a newly created human resources function in an integral period of transformation.
This position is a fulltime permanent role working in a hybrid capacity across Adelaide’s metropolitan locations. If you are seeking.8, this will also be considered.
**Your new role**
Your role will involve enhancing and developing the business partnership role of human resources, whilst ensuring operational requirements are maintained. Of equal importance is the contribution People & Culture make to the support of WHS practices, ensuring Torrens Transit contributes to making a safe, sustainable, and respected community.
**What you'll need to succeed**
This is a senior position for a People & Culture professional who can come in and hit the ground running operationally. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver to the Executive Team and peers.
As part of a recently introduced function to the business, the ability to build on and influence the human resources foundations, framework, systems and processes is critical.
