**Your new role**
Reporting into the Senior Manager of People and Culture you will be responsible for advising and influencing leaders to build high performing teams while driving change and developing capability. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Manager to implement people strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy while ensuring over HR systems and processes remain effective.

Managing a team of 6, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Providing coaching and mentoring to leaders in relation to team development, staff issues, staff performance management and implementation of operational change management
- Supporting recruitment activity such as talent attraction and development to ensure organisational objective are being met
- Leading disciplinary management/investigation processes with all business units to ensure processes and procedures are being followed
- Working with business unit leaders to implement workforce and succession planning, identifying training and recruitment needs and working to provide IR and ER generalist support
