**Responsibilities**

As a key driver of the organization's success, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Your expertise in HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and team development will be instrumental in shaping the company's culture and driving employee satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant external legislation and internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of integrity across the organization.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Act as a vital link between management and employees, handling inquiries, interpreting HR laws and regulations, administering contracts, and providing guidance to resolve work-related issues.
- Showcase your exceptional leadership abilities by effectively leading and developing a diverse team, fostering collaboration, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
- Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and hazard-free work environment, ensuring compliance with employer and employee obligations through the implementation of relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**Team**

As the People and Culture Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving organizational success. **Experience**

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar people and culture management role within their industry. A HR-related degree and a strong understanding of employment law and regulations are highly desirable.

You should possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrate resourcefulness, and effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
