Caffe Molinari based in Roseberry and owned by Autosports Group (ASG) is a Coffee Wholesaler and Corporate Hamper Company that has been going for 15 years strong and continues to grow.
We are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality coffee products and services. As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our busy team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General office duties - ie ordering supplies and administration
- Answering inbound calls and returning calls
- Assisting with packing orders
- Raising sales orders
- Monitoring website orders and responding to general enquiries
- Assist with hampers when required.
- Assist with stocktake.
**To be Successful you will need**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A working knowledge of MYOB preferred but not essential
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- A high attention to details and exceptional organisation al skills
- The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
