Kosta’s is growing From humble beginnings - launching our first store in Rockdale in 2021, and now with a store in Circular Quay and Rosebery with a soon to be 4th in the CBD. Our commitment to excellence has helped us grow, and we are now seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our Director and help manage our expanding operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of business meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organisation as well as any ad-hoc tasks that arise.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Support the Director in day-to-day business operations and special projects.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and staff as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the food service industry.
- Ego free and willingness to learn
