**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements on multiple job boards and career sites.
- Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires into the business.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes.
- Other Ad-Hoc HR administration duties as required.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting across various departments, from blue-collar to office roles, is required.
- A passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
