As a member of the administrative team, you will provide efficient and effective customer-focused service delivery and administrative support to the staff and students of this well-established RTO.

Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Providing an effective service for the office over the phone.
- Receiving and responding appropriately to enquiries from current enabling students
- Receiving and responding to enquiries about enabling programs from prospective students.
- Data entry
- Contacting students to provide support and collect feedback
- Filing, Archiving, Scanning and Printing
- Initial review of incoming documents
- Ordering and controlling general office supplies
- Answering phones

To be successful you will need:

- Flunet in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Customer service focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Confident with Student Management Systems, preferably Vettrak
- Able to work under supervision during induction period.
- Able to work in a team oriented, busy office environment.
- Be prepared to be trained in office systems and on-going professional development
- Previous experience in providing high level administrative support with strong attention to detail.
- Escalating issues to the Compliance and Management Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
