**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has opened up at the by charlotte head office for a Junior Executive Assistant to support two executive leaders and ensure the smooth-running of our office and facilities. On a day to day basis you will:

- Optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of executive leadership time and attention.
- Schedule appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for executives.
- Organise travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodations, and manage related logistics.
- Prepare agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Liaise with external stakeholders on behalf of the executive leadership team as directed.
- Track and expense invoices and receipts, and assist with other approved financial tasks as directed.
- Provide ad-hoc personal assistance to executives as required.
- Plan and executive events for executives, and the company in collaboration with the People and Culture Team.
- Oversee office and facilities management, maintenance and administration to the highest standard.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**About You**
- 1-year experience working in office administration or a similar role
- Previous experience in calendar management and minute-taking
- Experience working closely with C-suite executives
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, highly organised and able to multitask
