Property Maintenance Officers needed for influential maintenance contract in ACT

**Your new role**
Working as a Property Assessor you will be an integral part of the overall maintenance division. Being an energetic self-starter will allow you to excel within this role. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will held accountable to for the following;
- Conduct Property condition assessments
- Rating specific assets on site
- Provide detailed reports through property software
- Responsible for timely communication back and forth with tenants, contractors and stakeholders
- Light hands-on maintenance duties
- Working to strict timelines to ensure customer satisfaction

**What you'll need to succeed***
- A building/hands on maintenance background
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
