We're looking for a curious, driven, and tech-savvy **IT Intern** to help us supercharge our internal systems using automation, AI, and clever integrations.

This isn’t just another internship. It’s a **project-based opportunity** where your ideas, skills, and creativity will make a real impact. You’ll collaborate across departments, experiment with the latest tools, and help drive change in a fast-moving, future-focused company.

**You will**:

- Configure and customise **HubSpot CRM** workflows, pipelines, and automation
- Map, streamline, and automate **business processes** across sales, operations, and support teams
- Build smart **automations using Zapier or n8n**, including API-based integrations
- Integrate and experiment with cutting-edge **AI tools** like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.
- **Test, troubleshoot, and document** all automation and integration solutions
- Produce easy-to-follow **documentation and training materials**:

- Explore and recommend the **next wave of AI and tech tools** to improve efficiency
- Support internal teams with **tech onboarding, training, and troubleshooting**

**Are you**:

- A tech enthusiast who **lives and breathes digital tools and automation**:

- Eager to learn, experiment, and solve real-world problems
- Able to write simple scripts in **Python or JavaScript** to support systems and workflows
- Comfortable with (or quick to learn) platforms like **HubSpot, Zapier, n8n**:

- Familiar with **basic coding** (Python/JavaScript/HTML/CSS) or keen to dive in
- Able to work independently and **think like a systems designer**:

- A natural communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and ideas

**You will also have**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or working towards an IT degree

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6-8 months

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
