At Speedshield Technologies, we are looking for a proactive and detail driven Supply Chain Specialist to lead competitive sourcing, supplier management and global logistics for our high-tech product range. This role plays a key part in ensuring our production runs smoothly, suppliers perform to high standards, and stock levels are optimised across local and international supply chains.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM of Operations, you'll:

  • Lead supplier tenders, contracts & negotiations
  • Oversee supplier performance, logistics, and inventory management
  • Negotiate commercial terms and drive cost efficiency
  • Support product development through supplier selection and APQP processes
  • Identify and manage supply chain risks
  • Lead the Procurement Specialist to ensure accuracy and on-time purchasing

About You

You're an analytical, proactive professional with:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business or equivalent work or education experience.
  • Experience sourcing in a manufacturing, automotive or electronics environment
  • Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and forecasting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, organised approach in a fast-paced setting
  • A bonus if you have experience managing a small team and CIPS qualifications/membership
