We’re seeking an ambitious Customer Service Coordinator to be the driving force behind our sales team by delivering exceptional customer service and efficiency in the sales order process.

Based in our Head Office in Castle Hill, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team.
- **This is a fast paced, varied role responsible for**:_
- Processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotes for customers in a timely manner
- Assisting with customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and order status
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive customer experience by resolving customer issues and enquiries promptly and professionally
- **Requirements**:_
- A minimum of 2 years experience within an internal sales or customer service role, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
