**Company Overview**:
The Client is a market leader within the financial services industry with a global presence. They have recently launched a new administration platform, positioning themselves as a leader in the industry. They are currently going through a huge transformation as they continue to make an impact within the space.

**Role Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of projects within this transformation.
- You will be responsible for supporting the project lead by collaborating with engaging stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans, and coordinating and assigning tasks to team members.
- You will support effective communication among team members and stakeholders, organizes and leads project meetings, and maintains accurate project documentation.
- In this role, you will monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and prepare regular reports for management including steerco reports which are highly essential.
- This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment and support and fast-paced team through transformation initiatives

**Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and experience in steer-co reporting.
- Experience in project management or business analysis is highly desirable.
