Project Consultant
We are seeking a proactive Project Consultant to join our Australian team. This role is key to delivering end-to-end HRMS implementation projects for our clients — from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
A unique aspect of this position is the need to work closely with BIPO's regional implementation and product teams. The Project Consultant will ensure that local Australian client requirements are delivered in alignment with regional standards, maintaining consistency, compliance, and quality across all implementations. This requires excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will regularly collaborate with international colleagues to adapt global solutions to the local market.
As a Project Consultant, you will partner with clients to understand their HR processes, configure the BIPO platform to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth transition to our system across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRMS and payroll system implementation projects for Australian clients.
· Manage the full project cycle: requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live.
· Validate configurations and resolve discrepancies during testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Deliver tailored training sessions for client administrators and end-users.
· Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.
· Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to address system-specific needs and enhancements
About You
· 3-5 years of experience in HRMS or technology implementation projects.
· Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, time & attendance, claims, lifecycle, etc) and compliance in the Australian context.
· Experience in system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
· Proven ability to conduct UAT, parallel runs, and issue resolution during implementation projects.
· Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver projects on time.
