Exciting time to join The Star with a fantastic role within our People and Performance (HR) Team. We are looking for a superstar Project Consultant to deliver and execute our people based projects across the business.

**About your new role**

Are you a passionate and experienced HR Professional who has experience in managing projects end to end? This might be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Project Consultant to join our People and Performance (HR) Team.

Reporting into the Senior Project Lead, you will play a critical role in executing delivery of project outcomes and support in the rollout of projects. As a Project Consultant, you will be involved in ensuring all projects are executed and meet the performance needs of the business within time and cost budgets and scope.

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Lead and deliver projects through consultation approach
- Navigate with understanding the matrix organisation, and deliver projects with confidence
- Manage self to execute their responsibility within the projects to cost, time, scope and quality standards
- Drive outcomes within a complex matrix structure and changing landscape using Agile approach
- Responsible for delivering on all aspects of the project including maintaining and establishing strong governance and stakeholder engagement

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in organisational development / psychology / project management or HR
- Proven experience in consulting and project management (end to end)
- Demonstrated experience delivering against organisational people programs/projects
- Highly desirable: L&D/ talent experience
