The Opportunity_**
At Infin8 care, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an environment which all 1500+ residents across our 17 sites are able to be supported and their quality of life maintained. We do this by providing the very best facilities and care available.
**_ The Role _**
At Infin8care, the Administration Officer works with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This role is located in our lovely Rose Court facility in Gilles Plains and is part time, Monday to Thursday 9am until 2pm.
**_ About You_**
You are an experienced, administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to “self-manage” and work to deadlines.
- A flexible and willing attitude
- Rostering experience
- Financial skills ideally with budgets and cash managing experience will be highly regarded
Whilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or similar would be well regarded as would a certificate II or III in administration.
