**The Role**:
This leading supplier to the commercial construction industry is looking to expand its services to their customers by adding a Warranty Support Team. Could you lead a team? This position will see you assisting customers with warranty queries and ensuring we deliver a high standard of service ensuring resolution are met within set time frames. The role is fast paced and revolves tightly around providing an exceptional customer experience. You will need strong administration, communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight timeframes. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Experience in service, warranty administration preferred but not essential
- The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience
- Proactively build collaborative relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relentless when faced with challenges
- A positive attitude and an ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
- Intermediate/high level in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and data programmes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and show empathy
- Experience in planning and scheduling of works
- Ability to maintain consistent and expected company standards of work

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional aftermarket service to all clients, while following the Service and Warranty processes and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule Service & Warranty works with clients, suppliers & trades
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfactory outcomes and to address any further queries
- Fielding of customer enquiries and escalating to Senior Managers where necessary
- Data entry and work allocations
