**About the Role**

As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the product vision and strategy for the TRS Supply Chain product portfolio. Working collaboratively with engineering, design, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help deliver solutions that align with Reece’s goals and enhance customer experience.

You’ll champion a product management culture, foster innovation, and contribute to digitization outcomes for the Reece Group and our customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Define & Lead: Develop and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer value.
- Collaborate: Partner with Engineering and Design teams to plan, execute, and optimize TRS strategies.
- Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvement, digitization, and delivering business value.
- Evangelize: Advocate for the product vision across the organization, gaining buy-in and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of product management excellence and build the talent pipeline for future growth.

**About You**

You’re a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, passionate about leveraging technology to achieve business goals. You have strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven product management experience, ideally within a tech-driven environment.
- Analytical skills to form hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret data.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and engage with customers to shape requirements.
- Exceptional communication, story-telling, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen to align product strategy with business outcomes.
- Experience in project management and delivering outcomes.
- Experience working with supply chain technology (desirable)
