Job Description

This is a critical path role for managing brand collections, ensuring timely delivery into stores.

You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive production timelines, process improvement, and supplier communication.

The ideal candidate has experience in similar production roles, with offshore production exposure, proficiency in AP21, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

A key responsibility of this role includes negotiating FOB costs, tracking SMS and pre-production samples, and raising AP21 purchase orders to suppliers.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee delivery timelines for wholesale Majors, approve supplier invoices, and liaise with Finance to ensure timely payment.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality collections on time and driving continuous improvement in how we work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production timelines
  • Negotiate FOB costs and negotiate shipment dates
  • Raise AP21 purchase orders to suppliers
  • Oversee delivery timelines for wholesale Majors
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar production role
  • Proficiency in AP21
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication
