ROLE IN A NUTSHELL We have an exciting part-time (3 days per week) opportunity for a Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the brand's critical path and ensuring the timely delivery of collections into stores. You'll work closely with our Retail, Sales, Design, and Production teams, playing a key role in driving production timelines, supplier communication, and process improvement. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Negotiate initial and final FOB costs; maintain and update margin reports

  • Track SMS and pre-production samples

  • Negotiate shipment dates and ensure timely handover of margin updates

  • Raise AP21 purchase orders to suppliers

  • Communicate cancellations to suppliers

  • Track and manage production orders to ensure deadlines are met

  • Oversee delivery timelines for wholesale Majors

  • Approve supplier invoices and liaise with Finance to ensure timely payment

  • Onboard new suppliers to meet compliance and quality standards

  • Manage weekly production meetings and monitor team progress against the critical path

  • Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and communication

  • Support supplier sourcing initiatives across the organisation ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar production role, with offshore production exposure

  • Proficient in AP21

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Excellent computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

  • Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
