**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Production team in the role of Production Coordinator.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working cross functionally with the buying, QA and planning teams to ensure CP dates are met and managed tightly.
- Daily checking of WIP to ensure we are tracking to CP
- Pro-actively drive solutions with buying, QA and planning teams to ensure mínimal impact to delivery targets.
- Daily communication with suppliers to ensure you are across the production status of each style.
- Weekly reporting to the Production Manager/Planning and Buying to ensure potential delivery delays are flagged.
- Drive price negotiation with suppliers to ensure each style is achieving margin targets.
- Drive discussion with buying and QA teams on costing alternatives and quick solutions
- Pro-actively drive quantification discussions with the planning team to ensure best margin results are achieved when booking volume.
- Weekly reporting for the production team meeting to ensure any potential margin issues are flagged.
- Work closely with your Production Assistants and ensure they are clear on all communication and tasks.
- Drive weekly WIP meetings with the buying and QA teams
- Daily communication with suppliers to ensure we are sharing information quickly and accurately
- Sharing Tech Packs and working through Costings with Suppliers
- Developing great relationships with suppliers
- Monitor and reduce Raw Materials Liability at all times
- Attend weekly fitting sessions within your categories
- Ensure the QA and buying teams are clear and aware of styles arriving into the business for fittings and Prioritise Daily.
- Pro-actively discuss solutions for potential margin issues or impact to delivery that may arise as a result of a change during fittings.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have impeccable time management and prioritisation skills
- Will be a strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ideally minimum 3 years previous experience in fashion apparel production roles
- Will be passionate and driven to facilitate the day to day interactions with all stakeholders
- Will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator).
- High Level Skill in MS Office - Excel and Word
- Be confident in learning new Computer Programs, Apps and ways of working
- Be Agile and Adaptable in your ways of working and open to feedback and learning opportunities
