Lead Production Coordinator

This role involves overseeing production timelines, managing supplier communication and process improvement.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal costs and ensure timely delivery of collections
- Determine shipment dates and coordinate the handover of margin updates
- Create purchase orders for suppliers and manage cancellations when necessary
- Monitor production orders to guarantee deadlines are met
- Liaise with finance to ensure prompt payment of supplier invoices
- Onboard new suppliers to meet quality and compliance standards
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of efficiency and effective communication across teams
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar production role with offshore production exposure is required
- Proficiency in AP21 is essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are necessary
- Excellent computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers is crucial
- A highly organized and efficient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment is preferred
