This role will lead development and improvement of Risk Event incident reporting across Retirement Solutions. Key accountabilities include:
(a) delivering improved and consolidated reporting of Risk Events (internally and externally),
(b) using data to inform reporting at a global level, including analysis and interpretation to identify key insights, themes, improvements, changes in overall incidents numbers, and
(c) communicating positively to senior internal and external stakeholders

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Lead the development and delivery of business strategy by creating reporting and insights to support the Risk Event management framework.
- Provide essential reporting through data insights to guide management and the development of strategic initiatives.
- Identify and present data trends and root cause analysis investigations.
- Collaborate with experienced analysts and SMEs to produce detailed, accurate, and timely reports.
Operational Management
- Lead the design and oversight of uplift to the Risk Event management reporting process and metrics, ensuring key insights are provided to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate insights.
- Present insights, including recommendations for performance opportunities or challenges, to high-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance and leverage existing reporting systems and processes for measuring Risk Event management and quality strategy.
- Engage in problem-solving and collaboration, maintaining healthy group dynamics.
- Work closely with risk, quality, and client integrity teams to deliver effective solutions.
People Leadership

Governance & Risk
- Take a leadership position in the management and identification of risk through data insights.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Demonstrated experience in analytical roles, including data analysis, interpretation, and deployment.
- Strong high-level stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior management (internally and externally).
- Knowledge of data and statistics, experience using statistical packages for analysing large data sets, experience in the development of reporting solutions (for example PowerBI).
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.Proven business and technical analytical and visual presentation skills, preferably in a superannuation or related environment.
