**Overview**

- **Lead development and improvement of Risk Event reporting across Retirement Solutions.**:

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**

**Strategic Focus**
- Develop and deliver business strategy by creating reporting and insights for Risk Event management.
- Provide essential data-driven insights to guide management and strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to produce accurate, timely reports.

**Operational Management**
- Design and oversee enhancements to Risk Event reporting processes and metrics.
- Deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Enhance existing reporting systems for better measurement and quality.
- Collaborate with risk, quality, and Client Integrity teams to implement solutions.

**People Leadership**
- Promote high-performance culture aligned with MUFG's values.
- Create a safe, innovative environment for the team.

**Governance & Risk**
- Lead risk management through data insights.
- Model a risk and compliance-focused culture.
- Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory learning requirements.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Experience in large, complex environments with modern reporting and analytics tools.
- Skilled in data analysis, interpretation, and deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to present to senior management.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and reporting solutions (e.g., PowerBI)
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven analytical and visual presentation skills, preferably in superannuation or related fields.
