Our region is growing rapidly, with this growth comes the opportunity to support liveable communities. To support this, Barwon Water is rolling out new technologies and capabilities as part of our Smart Networks Program. In this role you will deliver on the communication strategy for the project, focussed on increasing knowledge of the program.

You’ll manage communications and engagement activities to inform customers and create excitement for the work.

By exploring opportunities for behavioural change enabled by the Smart Networks program outcomes, you bring creativity to help deliver customer water efficiency campaigns.

As the face of the Smart Network program in the community, you’ll manage the brand and campaign cycles for the program creating a partnership between the operational delivery teams, planners, installation crews, local councils and customers. Success in this role will see Barwon Water continue to achieve for our community.

**About you**

As a leader in communications and campaign development, you will have highly developed communication skills and well-rounded interpersonal skills. You will enjoy navigating at times ambiguous circumstances or data, employing reasoned thinking to your decision making. With a sound risk radar you will be empowere to work autonomously and provide end to end delivery of communications activities for this major program.

Inquisitive and curious, you seek to bring creativity and innovation to problem solving. At your heart you will be community minded and understand the need to keep our customers informed in a timely manner on the Smart Networks roll out.

Your experience in brand management or campaign development will be underpinned by your qualifications in communications, public relations or similar. You will possess strong organisational skills, along with the ability to generate customer friendly information and adapt it for different platforms.
