**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is an entrepreneurial and established for-purpose organisation who have community development at the heart of all its services. They now require an experienced Head of Marketing to develop and implement the marketing and brand strategy for the organisation in line with the National Training Strategy.

This role is critical to the digital implementation currently underway liaising with specialists in the industry, agencies curating nurture journeys to reinforce strategic campaigns to improve the acquisition, retention, and reengagement of customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and deliver comprehensive strategic marketing campaigns to drive growth;
- Curate strategies to position of the RTO within current and future target audiences via social media and traditional media forms;
- Accountability of the implementation of the refreshed brand strategy;
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders;
- Undertake market research including monitoring and analysing market trends, studying competitors and their services;
- Monitor return of investment of strategic campaigns using appropriate metrics and submit reports on performance;
- Other reasonable tasks as directed from time to time.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications such as degree in Marketing;
- Experience within the Not for Profit and/or disability sector is desirable;
- At least 5 years’ experience at a senior level leading a marketing division;
- Highly developed leadership, networking and influencing capability with demonstrated experience in leading and managing individuals and teams;
- Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders internally and externally to the business;
- Significant experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in in a diverse business environment;
- NDIS Screening Workers Check;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
