**Your new company**

Join a collaborative and specialised communications team within a Federal Government department located in Canberra. You and your team will be creating a broad range of communication material to a wide range of audiences and in a wide range of styles.

**Your new role**

Your strong written communication skills and excellent attention-to-detail will see you creating educational materials and writing speeches. In addition, you will be adept at facilitating webinars and writing speeches. This is a multi-faceted role with competing priorities; working collaboratively with your team members and organisational skills will be imperative. You will be coordinating events, cultivating strong stakeholder engagements and coordinating reports for the executive.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce targeted website content, video content, media and social media posts
- Ability to organise competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills, including event management

**What you'll get in return**

This role is a short-term labour hire contract at an APS6 level.
