If you answered yes, you’re in luck The BWS Marketing team is looking for a gun content specialist to take the reins across our social channels, and help bring our digital strategy to life. So what will you be doing?

You’ll be working with our network of creative agencies, managing influencer relationships, be the eyes and ears for all things pop culture, lead shoots for social content and work with the wider BWS team to pitch creative ideas.

Oh... and the memes Yep, you get to make memes for work. (How good.)

But, it’s not all pop culture and TikTok tracks. You’ll also be diving deep into data, trends and insights to compile and present reports to the wider team. You’ll be key in maintaining a consistent voice across digital platforms, optimising content, managing projects from start to finish and implementing your insights to elevate our socials.

**What you’ll do**

Your role is to support the BWS Marketing team in bringing the brand to life by leading the marketing of our Teams and Stores and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand advocacy and attract new customers to BWS.
- Manage the integrated content calendar for BWS owned & paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, website content hub)
- Plan and develop social and digital content across our brand and product streams
- Execute our content strategy across social media platforms including publishing, monitoring and reporting
- Lead and manage content production shoots and post-production with our creative agency partners
- Collaborate with broader marketing team to plan and execute specific content campaigns
- Assist in the development of the yearly content marketing strategy
- Monitor performance and continually adapt content based on learnings and continually optimise content and look for greater efficiencies (resource and cost)
- Support customer service and crisis management as required
- Ensure that BWS brand and social media guidelines are adhered
- Maintain a unified brand tone of voice across different social media channels.
- Manage the production of monthly content reports using a combination of platform data, Iconosquare and social listening tools. Including tracking of key competitors
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Develop insights and recommendation on content - best performing creative, media platforms & messaging
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners (creative, production and media) & key supplier partners

**Your background**:
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident self-starter that is solutions driven. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
Be an experienced Assistant Brand Manager or similar with a focus on content and social media
- Hold Marketing Qualifications
- Been involved in social media campaigns
- Proven experience in end to end project management
- Show longevity in previous positions
