**About the role**
The Digital Communications Specialist is a newly created role for Endeavour Group that will elevate the content and suite of communications, bringing our values, purpose and ways of working to life across internal digital communications channels.
This position will see you interacting with a broad range of internal stakeholders including senior leaders and will require the confidence and strong communication skills to operate in this environment.
You will be responsible for creating top-quality, engaging video and digital content that supports the delivery of the internal communications strategy and the Group Internal Communications team.

In addition you will:

- Ensure all internal communications assets are of premium quality, consistent and aligned to brand guidelines.
- Manage the filming and production needs across Endeavour Group Internal Communications, including the management of a regular schedule of requirements for our Leaders and CEO.
- Source and build on existing library footage, images and assets.
- Support the amplification of communications campaigns and initiatives by producing branded content for a variety of digital platforms.
- Develop high quality materials and packs for key events across Endeavour Group.
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital mediums through data and insights and make appropriate recommendations to enhance user experience.

**About you**
This position will suit someone who is a natural story-teller with an innovative and creative mindset. You’ll have prior experience in videography and Graphic Design with proficiency in digital design and video tools including Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator etc. Experience within a large, complex organisation in either a retail or hospitality environment is advantageous.

You’ll also have:

- A Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or, extensive experience in a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of story ideation, storytelling, design frameworks, concept visualisation, problem-framing skills and design principles.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to tell effective and engaging stories.
- Effective time management skills.
- The ability to influence and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
- Experience with event management and coordination.
- The ability to travel interstate to capture content is required.
