Are you a current Category Assistant or Promotions specialist, and have aspirations to become an ACM, or join the Beer industry? We have a rare opportunity to join the high-profile, fast-paced BWS Beer & Cider category team. As one of the biggest categories in BWS, this category will round out your buying skills and set you up for success to take the next step in your development journey.

**About the Role**

As a Promotions Specialist, you connect everyone with a drinks experience they'll love by assisting and supporting the Beer team to deliver effective promotions for the store teams and customers. In this key role, you will support the development of store communications, store planning guides, allocations and respond to store and customer queries.

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will:

- Ensure slotting board and promotional timelines are adhered to.
- Collaborate across teams & supplier to ensure efficient execution of promotions delivery and business results.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate knowledge of categories in order to inform decision making.
- Provide exceptional support to our store teams in delivering world-class promotional execution.
- Seek and act on customer feedback and understand your customer market to deliver tailored store, product and customer experience solutions.
- Communicate to leadership and store teams.
- Improve processes, work practices and workflows to keep things simple for our store teams.

**About You**

You will have previous experience in a Promotions Specialist or Category Assistant role. To be successful in this role and thrive in our fast paced, high performance culture you will be able to demonstrate:
