We are a forward-thinking organization that integrates advanced data analytics, machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide innovative market research and property development consultancy services to both Australian and international clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research Report**:Create and deliver requested market/suburb/property research report.
- **Client Advisory**: Present market analysis reports to clients in seminars and/or meetings
- **Opportunity and trend forecasting**:Interpret new analysis reports and predict future market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, and AI, with a strong understanding of how these technologies can be applied to real estate market research and trend forecasting.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English, Korean, and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to diverse clients.
- **Analytical & Research Skills**: Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and market research methodologies to identify insights that drive business decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
