Urbanise.com Ltd is an ASX listed business based in Sydney NSW. We are seeking to employ a Business Analyst in our Sydney office to provide a high level, specialist input to our technical team to deliver project outcomes for our Australian corporate clients across Australia.

You are required to possess a tertiary qualification, or an equivalent relevant industry experience. This full-time role entails a salary of $120,000 to $140,000 plus super. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Key duties are:

• Creating user stories and acceptance criteria for new features to improve system functionality

• Designing product solutions that meet client requirements

• Creating UX designs and wireframes for new system features

• Designing product solutions to meet legislative requirements for all Australian states

• Driving and supporting product development to ensure client requirements are met

• Alignment of technical and functional gaps between the legacy platform and the cloud solution

• Collaborating with Product Manager with managing product roadmaps and software deployments, prioritisation of bugs and features and maintaining the product backlog

• Collaboration with the development team in Quality Assurance Testing

• Analysing and troubleshooting of support reported bugs and defects for root causes or product gaps

• Researching complex client queries and requirements related to finance and tax for the different states in Australia

• Product valuation for Internal Product Support and Marketing content

• Reviewing Business Requirement Documents with Business Analysts and Project Managers to clarify and finalise client requirements and propose system solutions

• Collaborating with several engineering teams to plan and roll out development work

• Demonstration of product designs and prototypes with clients and internal staff
