- **Experienced Billing / Accounts Receivable Officer required | healthcare experience required**

My client is an established Australian, private owned business based in Sydney's Lower North Shore (close to public transport).
We are looking for an **experienced Billing / Accounts Receivable Officer for a 10 month temp assignment**, you will be responsible for producing high quality & accurate patient accounts.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders so excellent communication skills are a must.
Mixture of office based and WFH flexibility | **$34.00 per hour plus super.**

**Key duties include (not limited to)**:

- Ensure all required claim form and certification documents are complete
- Bank statement reconciliation for timely receipting of payments/remittances
- Ensure management of aged trial balance/debtors is conducted as per departmental KPI’s
- Liaise with health funds on all matters relating to outstanding claims
- Debt write-offs and account adjustments
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare industry and legislation changes

**Experience required**:

- Billing or Accounts Receivable experience within Healthcare
- High attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Full working rights
