My client is is a national, reputable company, based in Sydney CBD.
We are looking for an experienced Billing Officer, minimum 12 months experience in a full function Billing position is required.

You will be working in a team of passionate finance professionals, who love their job and the company they work for. Team collaboration is key, along with excellent customer service skills (you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders).
Full support, training and mentoring is offered with this position and for every employee joining the business.

This position is being offered on a permanent full time basis | hybrid working | flexible hours (if needed) | $70,000 - $80,000 + super.

**The role will be focusing on Billings for 7-9 days of the month and for the rest of the time you will be able to get involved in different areas of accounting, such as (AP, AR, Credit, Trust Accounting) - the choice is yours depending on where your passion lies.**

My client is looking for someone who will complement the team dynamic of the current team.

**Key duties (not limited to)**:

- assisting Business Units with monthly billing
- review work in progress & identify billing opportunities
- review & action open matters | close completed matters
- maintain bill rates and matter types
- query handling - internal and external

**Requirements / experience needed**:

- 12 months experience in a Billing position
- Professional and excellent communication skills
- Able to multi task & meet deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team
- Full working rights (PR or Citizenship)
