**Billing Officer | permanent role**:

- **CBD offices, hybrid working available**:

- **Flexible start and finish time if required | full time (5 days) or part time role (3-4 days per week)**

My client is recruiting for a newly created head-count in their finance team, you will have the opportunity to work in a reputable global organisation. This role is a critical position and you will be exposed to and work with a variety of internal stakeholders.

Based in Sydney CBD, 1 min walk from the train station, hybrid working available.
This role is being offered on a permanent full time basis, or a permanent part time basis.
**REM**: $65,000 inclusive of super + benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who has high attention to detail and is able to work to tight deadlines.

**Key job duties (not limited to)**
- account queries and resolution
- ensuring all invoice tasks are reviewed & are accurate prior to approval
- PO tracking and ensuring these are all up to date
- issuing invoices
- reconciliations
- offset credit & debits
- managing aged debt report

**Requirements for the role**
- experience in high volume reconciliations / billings
- excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- attention to detail
- proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- full working rights
