**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant/Sales Support to join their team. This is an opportunity to build upon your professional career. Full training is provided.

Your duties will involve providing administration support to the GM and BDMs. This is
**not** a Reception or a Sales role.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing various proposals
- Assisting with tender preparation
- Managing the artwork approval process for printed packaging
- Supporting orders on machinery spare parts
- Liaising with various 3rd parties inc. clients and suppliers
- Updating / maintaining pricing spreadsheets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (finance, warehouse, customer service)
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Good computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good work ethic and friendly personality
- Prior office work or retail experience desirable
