A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Team Assistant to join their stable & talented team to contribute to the successful running of the Sales team.

**Direct Responsibilities**
Administrative support to the Sales team including:

- Adhoc meeting coordination for the department heads.
- Travel booking for the team including restaurants, hotels, transport.
- Collaboration with transversal teams such as IT Help Desk, Corporate Services and Human Resources in relation to team IT hardware and software support / issues, and onboarding of new joiners
- Responsible for processing the client related expenses of the Sales & Relationship Management and Marketing teams.

- Coordinates and scheduling sales team offshore meetings.

**Specific qualifications**:

- Higher School Certificate or Equivalent
- Business Administration qualification, desirable
- 3-5 + years in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Preferably worked in Asset Management before
