Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Set quarterly and annual sales targets of the company and oversee the implementation
- Formulate the sales strategies of our company in line with our company’s sales objective
- Discuss and work out our annual sales plan with the Management of our company
- Be responsible for the daily administration of the Sales Department
- Organize product promotion activities to meet market and seasonal demands
- Be responsible for the market analysis after marketing promotion
- Negotiate with our clients, both English and Chinese speaking, for favorable sales terms and prices;
- Visit important clients of our company to maintain good relationships to understand their needs through two-way communication and to establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Monitor sales data and assisting in developing sales strategies
- Be responsible for the selection and training of new sales persons.
**Requirements**:
1. At least Bachelor Degree;
2. At least one year full time sales Manager experience;
3. At leaset 3 years sales related working experience in Australia;
4. The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals;
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively present products;
6. Be able to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
