Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue

growth for our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and

implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the

achievement of sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or

exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and training

as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales

opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives

and projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential clients and

promote our company's products and services

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

and managing a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain

strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities

and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM software

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
