**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a pragmatic CRO Specialist to join our CRO Chapter in endeavourX and further learn and develop their career in optimisation.
As a member of our CRO Chapter, you will contribute to the ongoing optimisation of Endeavour Group’s websites and mobile apps for leading consumer brands such as Dan Murphy’s and BWS. You will have a home squad but will also assist other squads, from discovery through to delivery.
You will work within a number of agile, cross-functional squads that feed their learnings and insights into their product roadmaps. You will be part of planning the work needed to create better experiences for our customers in a way that delivers optimal customer and business outcomes today, and into the future.
- Assist, implement and manage third-party tools such as Fullstory, Adobe Target, etc.
- Execute the CRO efforts across multifunctional teams to develop innovative product offerings that achieve brand goals and business objectives.
- Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritised optimisation initiatives, and ensure these are implemented by the relevant squads.
- Build an experimentation backlog to help form the CRO roadmap, starting from planning, idea management, testing, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting.
- Work together with your squad and stakeholders to execute testing and targeting using Adobe Target, or a similar tool to optimise the conversion funnels.
- Share results and insights to the wider business to help form the digital roadmap.
- Work closely with the Analytics, Personalisation, and the Design teams to get insights, and give leanings input for campaigns, wireframes, prototypes and user interface.
- Keeping up with the industry through research and other means, to ensure that the business and its people are leveraging up-to-date strategy and technology.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and make recommendations regarding website design and user experience.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 2+ years of CRO or digital optimisation experience working across client and/or agency side.
- Industry-related tertiary qualifications (Economics, Business, Digital, Marketing, Psychology, etc).
- Hands-on experience with one or more testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, VWO, etc).
- Data-driven background, with an understanding of web analytics tools to analyse the customer journey and identify opportunities (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics).
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as surveys, session recording, heatmaps, and user testing/interviews.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web, as well as CMS and website management platforms.
- Has the ability to create compelling and engaging user experiences on the web, with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers.
- Keen interest in CX and customer innovation.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills applied in reports, copy, and presentations coupled with epic computer software skills in Google Suite; Doc, Sheets, Slides, Jamboard
