Permanent Full time Role - P&C Coordinator (Talent & Learning)
The role will contribute to several key P&C projects, including as key support for the implementation of our new ATS. Process development and improvement will be an important focus, along with supporting user testing and evaluation activities. Enable our workforce to build skills and knowledge via coordination of our learning and development program. These activities will allow NRCH to deliver patient focused care and achieve collaborative and contemporary community outcomes.
There are various opportunities to: build generalist HR practice and expertise; coordinate people-related projects and activities across the employee life cycle; and contribute to organisational-wide initiatives and events such as our Health and Wellbeing Working Group, Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, RUOK Day.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong computer literacy, excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment and/or training is essential.
Please note it is a requirement for all employees of North Richmond Community Health to demonstrate evidence of mandatory immunisations/vaccinations prior to commencement of employment, based on the Immunisation Category their position falls under.
