Yarra City Council is set to embark on an era of transformational change and to drive this critical effort, we are seeking to appoint a highly experienced and forward-thinking leader to lead culture, change, the implementation of best practice systems that support leadership development, support our highly valued staff and embrace diversity and inclusion.
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services and Transformation, this role will be responsible for leading a large People and Culture team and building a high-performance team culture focused on business partnering and the provision of strategic advice that enables the organisation. Being a trusted adviser to the leadership team, you will provide highly influential support and leadership on all people and culture matters.
